What if I'm outside Nairobi?

How do I pay?
We accept M-Pesa and cash. Payment is settled on delivery, with no advance payment required.
Do you work with my insurance company?
Yes. Contact your insurer to pre-authorise the tow, then call us and we'll coordinate directly with them and handle the logistics.
What's included in a standard call-out?
Arrival at your location, situation assessment, and towing to your nominated destination. Auxiliary services (flat tire, jump start, fuel delivery, lockout) are separate and quoted on-site.
Can I get an invoice or receipt?
Yes. We provide a receipt for every job. For insurance claims or corporate billing, request a formal invoice when you call and we'll arrange it.
